Maidment Judd Insolvency Limited (“M Judd”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This includes information provided at the time of submitting an enquiry through our site(s). We may also ask you for information, and when you report a problem with our site(s);

  • if you download documents from our site(s), details of the documents that you have downloaded;
  • details of transactions you carry out through our site(s); and

This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Where M Judd store your personal data

Where M Judd have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site(s) (i.e. Creditor Reports), you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You must not to share a password with anyone.

Although M Judd will do its best to protect your personal data, it cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site(s); any transmission is at your own risk. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
