Informal arrangements

It is often possible for us to help to negotiate deals with one or more creditors outside of a formal insolvency procedure for both individuals and companies and thus avoid any publicity or restrictions associated with formal procedures.

Deceased Insolvent Estates

It is also often possible to follow a process which mirrors an Insolvency Administration Order for Deceased Estates by agreement with creditors thereby reducing costs associated with the formal process.
