Full training provided enabling quick progression for a dedicated candidate who can demonstrate self-driven learning, attention to detail and prioritisation.  They must be able to adhere to statutory deadlines and processes with a view to managing their own case load and becoming a valuable member of the team.

  • Meeting preparation
  • Monitoring and restocking stationery
  • Completing case reviews after thorough research in the case files
  • Management of email
  • Ensuring office environment is kept tidy and organised
  • Accurate recording of time allocation for cases
  • Diary management
  • Administrative support to all staff and Directors

Essential requirements:

  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive “can do” attitude
  • Smart / professional appearance
